We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Server Assistant to join our team at the Boca Royale Golf and Country Club. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience. Responsibilities:

• Assist servers in setting up dining areas, including tables, chairs, and table settings, according to established standards.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset for new guests.
• Assist in delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of service.
• Collaborate with servers to anticipate guest needs and provide prompt assistance as required.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of dining supplies, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments, and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the dining facility.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and terminology is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
